Swim-up hotel rooms are tastefully furnished to the same high standards as the apartments.
Each swim-up room opens onto its private terrace and features a sleeping area with queen size bed or twins.
Our 6 Swim-Up Hotel Rooms
Situation: Our swim-up bedrooms are pool level and separated from the
apartments by the
lagoon-pool.

5 of the rooms have direct access to the pool from their decked terraces.
The 6th.room has its
own patio and access to the pool via
All the rooms have en-suite bathrooms and are furnished to the same high
standard as the
apartments but have no kitchen area.
Each swim-up room has a queen-size bed or twin beds and is equipped with:
LCD TV, mini-bar and tea & coffee facilities. Swim-up Hotel Rooms include
continental
breakfast and are serviced daily..

12 x One Bedroom Apart (situated at Ground & First Floors);
Situation:
Pool level.
Total square metres: 55
The apartment is accessed from the back terrace and consists of:
A double bedroom with queen-sized bed which can become twins when required.
The bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi cum shower.
The living room has French windows which open straight onto the pool via a
decked terrace.
The room has a sofa, 2 arm chairs, a coffee table, LCD TV and an open plan
kitchen. This is
equipped with a fridge, 2 electric hobs, a micro-wave, a toaster, an
electric kettle, and thel
necessary cooking utensils and crockery.
Extra guests: cots provided on request; the living room sofa can be
converted into a bed.
Apartment accommodation can be
on a Self Catering or B&B basis.
Please note that since these apartments are ‘swim-up’ they may not be
suitable for families
with young children who do not know how to swim.
* 4 x Two Bedroom Apart
(situated at Lower Ground Floor);
Two Bedroom Apartments
Situation: Lower Ground Floor.
The two bedroom apartments benefit from their own private gardens
compensating for lack of
balcony views.
Total square metres: 85
Indoor space: 60 sq. m.
The apartment is accessed down a stairway (12 steps) and consists of:
A double bedroom with French windows leading onto the terrace garden.
A separate family bathroom.
An aquarium-windowed bedroom with twin beds, LCD TV and en-suite
shower-room. (The
bedroom receives its natural light from the pool window)
A living-room with French windows opening onto the terrace garden. The room
has a sofa,
chairs, coffee table, plasma TV and an open-plan kitchen which is equipped
with a fridge, 2
electric hobs, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle and all necessary
cooking utensils and
crockery.
Outdoor space: 25 sq. m.
Accessed by French windows from both the living room and double bedroom is
the apartment’s
paved garden from where the pool terrace is reached via a private stairway.
Extra guests: cots provided on request, the living room sofa can be

* 1 X Penthouse Suite
(situated at Second Floor);
Situation: Separated from the
other apartments, the Penthouse is on the second floor,
affording panoramic views over the sea and mountains. The Penthouse
overlooks the pool and
is accessed by two flights of stairs.

The Penthouse consists of:
A spacious living room with a sofa, coffee table, two arm chairs and LCD TV,
it opens out
through French windows onto the wood-decked verandah which boasts
comfortable seating
arrangements and a Jacuzzi Spa.
A separate eat-in kitchen with granite work surfaces, a fridge, 2 electric
hobs, a microwave, an
electric kettle, a toaster and the necessary utensils and cutlery.
A sky-lighted double bedroom with queen-sized bed and adjoining shower-room.
The Penthouse is ideal for honeymoon couples or special occasions! Honeymoon
room service
is available on request (champagne and fruit bowl)
Extra guests: Due to the large living area and separate kitchen, the
penthouse can
accommodate a family with children or four adults when the sofa is converted
into a double
bed. Cots are also available if required.
Please note that since the Penthouse Suite is on the second floor it may not
be suitable for
guests with walking difficulties.
*** Please note that two bedroom apartments are located at the lower ground floor & the apartment has access to the swimming pool via its patio and private
stairway.
