views of the surrounding mountains where you can watch
paragliders gliding down to the fabulous nearby family
beach of Olu Deniz in the turquoise bay.
Part of
the Artemisia Holiday complex the villa benefits from
the use of a reception service to provide and assist
with excursions, ‘daily free transport from reception to
Olu Deniz beach’, entertainment and evening meals if
required.
Ovacik is a very peaceful location, but only a short
distance from Hisaronu with its many bars, shops and
restaurants and a 10 min dolmus or Artemisia resort
transport ride to Olu Deniz beach with its stunning
beaches. Fethiye town is a 15 minute dolmus ride away,
and Calis beach is also nearby putting the villa in the
perfect spot for access to all nearby resorts!

Villa description
Family air conditioned accommodation includes 2 double
bedrooms both with en suite shower rooms. One room is
set up as a double and the other has two single beds.
There is also a shower room downstairs in the property
allowing for the lounge to accommodate another two
adults on the sofa beds.
The property has a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and
outside verandas for both the bedrooms and downstairs
and there is an integral barbeque for outside cooking.
The property also benefits from a large shared pool and
use of the larger complex pool.
The
Kitchen is fully tiled with double sink and mixer tap.
Light Oak units with melamine worktops, fridge/freezer
Gas & electric hob with fan assisted electric oven.
Washer/dryer, toaster and kettle. Crockery, cutlery and
glassware for 6, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
The
lounge and dining room is open plan from the staircase,
full entertainment systems, corner fireplace with
electric fire, comfortable chairs, sofa that can be
pulled out into a bed to give additional sleeping for up
to two people, coffee table, dining table and chairs and
display shelves. Double sized patio doors leading to
terrace, with mountain and sea views.
The villa is Air-conditioned throughout, has all modern
appliances.
The lounge has 2 sets of French doors leading onto a
tiled terrace. The traditional fireplace can be used to
burn both fuel and wood, ideal for cosy winter evenings.
The windows in the villa are all double glazed. There
are sofas, occasional tables and TV, together with an
area for dining with table and chairs for up to 6
people. The wall lights are attractive features.
The entrance hall opens on to the open plan lounge with
attractive wrought iron balustrade leading to the upper
floor. The whole ground floor area is fully tiled whilst
the stairs are in an attractive redwood finish. A shower
room, fully tiled complete with wash basin, w.c. and
with luxury fittings is located near the entrance.
The master bedroom is light and airy and has French
doors leading to a tiled balcony. The en-suite shower
room is finished to the same high specification as the
ground floor. The floors in the upper storey are rose
wood laminate throughout giving a softer texture to the
bedrooms.
The second bedroom also has French doors leading to the
balcony and also has the advantage of an en-suite shower
room, again finished to the same specification as the
others.
The exterior of the villas is rendered in an attractive
finish that is coloured to blend in with the local
landscape. The tiled lower terrace provides an ideal
setting for barbecues and all fresco dining under
pergola setting. The villa has several outside lights
and air-conditioning units. The surrounding gardens are
landscaped and lighted in the evening.
