of United Kingdom to buy a free hold property in Turkey .
- Because Ovacik Resort is about 375
meters above the sea level , you always have a nice cool
weather in summer , so , you hardly need air-conditioning .
Just in case , we provide air-condition for the Furnished
villas .
- Furnished villas include oven , fridge , dishwasher , air-condition , etc
. Air-condition is window units .
- The finish of stairs , bed rooms are wood
. The terrace , living room are tiles . On the other hand ,
you can always choose any area between wood and tiles , and
the price does not change .
- All villas have their own private swimming pools that
include full filtration and pump . We make the maintenance
of the pools and garden.
- The prices include all fees , taxes , any
legal purchase costs and expenses .
- The prices are in GBP .
- With a 1.000 GBP deposit we reserve your
villa for 1 month .
- When you decide to buy a villa , we
require 20 % of the villa price
- Within 2 months we require 20 % of the
villa price
- Within 4 months we require another 20 %
of the villa price
- You pay the rest , 40 % of the villa
price , when you move into your villa .
An annual property tax is collected by
the municipalities at the rate of 0.3 % for land and 0.1 %
for a house in Fethiye area
- The villas have a good potential to be
rented weekly / monthly in Oludeniz Resort .
- Purchase Procedure :
- Foreigners may purchase property in
Turkey in their own names provided that properties are
located in the municipality area and not in military zones
or rural areas .
- With the presence of a legal translator
Fiesta Group draws up a contract with the buyer detailing
the agreed terms and conditions of the purchase .
- The legal translator takes the buyer’s
passports to the Notary for translation . Within few hours
the passport is returned to the buyer Fiesta Group and the
buyer takes the contract to a local solicitor . All the
parties sign the contract witnessed by the solicitor , the
legal translator and one other witness .
- Fiesta Group signs over the deed of the
property to the buyer .
