mountain scenery.
Located within the quiet village of Ovacık but
well situated, with only a 10 minute walk into the main
resort of Hisarönü with its restaurants, cafes, bars and
shops. The
main road, to pick up the local minibus service to
Ölüdeniz beach (10 mins.) and the market town of Fethiye
(20 mins.), is only 5 minutes walk.
The villa has three double bedrooms, one ensuite, one separate
upstairs bath/shower room and downstairs w.c./washroom
and is perfectly situated for all ages.

villa enjoys a private entrance/driveway with
wrought iron gates leading into landscaped gardens,
with its own private swimming pool.
The villa is tastefully decorated and comfortably
furnished with ceramic flooring throughout. The
kitchen/dining area is a good size and fully
equipped with all mod cons. Open plan, bright and
spacious the lounge area leads out onto the 'L'
shaped sun terrace with steps down to the swimming
pool. There are 3 bedrooms. One double with
en-suite, a second double, and one twin room.
Cleaning / laundry service will be
provided for stays of more than one week.
Towels and bed linen provided (not
beach towels).
